Pattaraporn “Mei” Chata is the Aperol Brand Ambassador overseeing Bangkok, Hua Hin, and Pattaya, where she focuses on building brand awareness, training bartenders, and curating events that highlight Aperol’s versatility. With a strong passion for hospitality, she excels in hosting and organizing special events, particularly bartender guest shifts, which not only reinforce Aperol’s presence but also foster creativity within the industry. Her goal is to ensure that more people understand and appreciate Aperol—not just as a familiar name, but as an essential ingredient in cocktail culture.

Before stepping into this role, Mei spent nearly a decade behind the bar, honing her craft in some of Thailand’s top venues. Most recently, she was the lead bartender at Ruby, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, where she spent two years perfecting her skills in mixology, service, and guest experience. A native of Khon Kaen, she has always believed that both bartending and being a brand ambassador share the same core of hospitality—connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and elevating the drinking culture. For Mei, this role is a natural next step, allowing her to apply her years of expertise to a broader audience.

Mei identifies strongly with Aperol’s vibrant and social nature. She loves how its bright orange hue and refreshing profile bring people together, making it a perfect fit for Thailand’s tropical climate.
