Italian-bred, Bangkok-based mixologist

Despite having an Italian passport, one could say that Davide is truly a Bangkok’s homegrown talent in the bar scene. After freshly graduating from a law school in his native Tuscany, Davide took a gap year in London where he discovered the passion for cocktails and everything related – the social vibe, the creativity behind each glass and the bustling scene that is ever alluring. “Growing up in Italy, I’m very familiar with the country’s strong and unique drinking culture, as well as Italian-born spirits that have become globally recognized. So, it was natural for me to gravitate towards what feels right at home for me.”

Davide honed his skills on the job at various leading venues in London, and in 2016, landed a prominent and first professional role in Bangkok as beverage director for Soho Hospitality, and later even a bigger role at Campari, his most favorite spirit, as brand ambassador for Thailand where he initiated various successful campaigns and activations that promoted Italian drinking culture in Thailand. Davide is now an independent mixologist, competition judge and bar consultant that continues to spread the love for cocktails through his simple yet elegant and mesmerizing creations.
