Hails from Pattani in the deep south, 15 years in the hotel food and beverage industry and the hard work to equip himself with mixology knowledge make Alif one the most prolific and experienced bartenders in southern Thailand.

It was clear right from the beginning that he chose to be a bartender. During his formal training at a hotel in Phuket, instead of choosing the simpler task of a server, Alif opted to train as a bartender. To him, bartending was far more challenging and something that could be developed into a decent career. For a few years he trained hard behind the bar and learned bartending skills on the job, but his thirst for knowledge was still unquenched. He took extensive training at Fling Bar Service in Phuket and headed off to work in the Maldives to gain more experiences, learn and grow as a bartender.

Armed with deeper knowledge and substantial bartending skills, Alif returned to hotel and consultancy work only to realize that he could no longer want to be confined in a corporate environment. His venture, Little Tribe in Phuket where he also takes the role of head bartender, showcases the culmination of his bartending expertise with detailed craft cocktails designed to create as little food waste as possible.
