Now returning to Firefly Bar, James brings with him a wealth of  experience and a refined palate for mixing flavours. Renowned for his creativity and his ability to tell stories through his cocktails, James has participated in numerous bar competitions, showcasing his talent and passion for mixology.

With a knack for infusing unexpected flavours and techniques into his creations, James is not just a bartender—he is a masterful  storyteller, captivating guests with every sip. As he steps into his new role at Firefly Bar, James is set to elevate the bar experience for all guests, combining his exceptional skill set with the luxury and elegance synonymous with Firefly Bar
