Before stepping into her current role, Bow spent eight years as a bartender at Catch Beach Club, where she first discovered Aperol. Seeing guests ordered Aperol Spritz without even glancing at the menu sparked her curiosity about the brand’s global appeal. This realization, combined with her background in hotel and service studies, solidified her belief that bar work offers unique opportunities—requiring not just technical skills, but also an open and social mindset.
