Saringkarn “Boss” Paisil is the dynamic Aperol Brand Ambassador, bringing years of hands-on experience and passion for the craft to his role. A Phuket native, Boss spent over a decade in Bangkok pursuing his dreams, studying Hospitality (Hotel Management) and working his way up from a bartender to a bar manager. His career spans six years behind the bar, followed by a leadership role assisting with food and beverage operations at Accor Hotels. The Covid-19 pandemic brought him back home to Phuket, where he continued to shape the hospitality scene, opening hotels and F&B outlets while deepening his expertise in the industry.

Now, as a brand ambassador, Boss oversees the Aperol in Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga, and Samui, focusing on training, and activation campaigns to strengthen Aperol’s presence in the region. With a deep appreciation for Aperitivo culture, he sees Aperol as more than just a beachside refreshment—it’s a symbol of heritage, class, and the art of social drinking.

A lover of classic cocktails with bold flavors, Boss enjoys a well-made Negroni but acknowledges that the tropical climate of Phuket calls for something more refreshing—making Aperol the perfect fit. He’s drawn to its fizzy, floral, and vibrant profile, seeing it as a versatile spirit that blends sophistication with approachability. With his expertise and passion, he’s on a mission to make Aperol a staple in cocktail culture across Thailand’s southern markets, ensuring that both locals and visitors can savor the essence of Italian Aperitivo in every sip.
